Commercial Laundry Engineer

Salary: £45,600 – £50,400 per year

Good opportunities to work for a nationwide, family run commercial laundry company that is going through some great expansion this year. Fresh out of acquiring a smaller regional company they are looking to strengthen their position to be able to provide a quality service to its clients. They have been running nearly 15 years and can count some very well know companies as clients.

Due to a expansion they are currently looking for a commercial laundry service engineer, you will be:-

• Providing service and maintenance on commercial laundry equipment – commercial and industrial washing machines, tumble driers, rotary irons, finishing machines, dishwashers and some dosing machines
• Working on electrical and gas fired commercial laundry equipment
• Covering the Dorset and Hampshire area – DT, SP and BH postcodes mostly
• Working with clients such as nursing homes, offices, holiday parks, hotels etc.

Experience / skills required

• Experience within commercial laundry equipment would be needed
• You would ideally need your CCLNG and CLE1 laundry gas certs or a change over course (COCCLNG1) to work on commercial laundry equipment
• The company would also look at a domestic or commercial gas engineer who wants to work on laundry equipment
• Living anywhere Dorset / Hampshire way – ideally DT, SP or BH postcode area
• Good electrical competency

Salary

• 33k basic salary, 35k after 6 months guaranteed
• Door to door travel pay
• Bonus scheme for additional sales and jobs done
• Van, phone, overtime
• Call out rota for 1 Sunday morning per month
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
