This role will provide backup to the Head of FP&A for key activities in the event of a holiday or illness, providing good development opportunities and exposure to the senior team.

Please note that interviews for shortlisted candidates and any potential job offers may be in place before the application end date. We recommend that, if interested in any of the roles, you apply as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities as a FP&A Analyst:

  • Understanding the key performance levers within the business
  • Apply a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset to all reporting to help drive the business.
  • Lead on Business Plans for new partnerships, collaborating across the business and working closely with the Digital MD.

  • Manage teaching and Capex costs.
  • Provide support and challenge to the Operations team (in relation to Programme build costs, tutor costs, and so on).
  • Partnership reporting to our external partners (with a full understanding of the various commercial contracts we have in operation).

Key person specification:

  • Educated to Degree level (but not essential).
  • Accounting qualification to at least Part Qualified stage.
  • Business facing finance role in a sales-driven, faced paced organisation.
  • Used to working to tight deadlines and working alongside senior directors.

  • Power BI experience is preferable but training can be provided.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior directors and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Ability to present financial analysis in a simple but compelling way.
