Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
The Opportunity:
The Security Engineer will be joining a team of 35 current Security Engineers, and a major leader in the security technology industry. The engineer will be working under the guidance and supervisory management of a more senior engineer to develop and improve competence in providing electronic security systems at client premises.
Job Description:
The Security Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day installation, programming, commissioning, system testing, and maintenance of electronic security systems at client premises. As a minimum requirement, this will include Intruder, Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Duties Include:
* Installing, programming & commissioning electronic security systems
* Testing and maintaining electronic security systems
* Provide the main office with daily PDA job call-out reports
* always Delivering high calibre customer service
* Conduct regular scheduled system maintenance visits
* Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and report findings
* Complete necessary on-site documentation for customer files
* Travelling and some overnight stays
Skills Set:
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Installed, programmed & commissioned HKC, Pyronix, Galaxy electronic intruder security systems
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards
* Reporting skills
* Full clean driving licence
* Safe Pass
* Manual Handling
