Lead Health & Social Care Quality Assurer

Salary: £120 – £248.4 per day

We are looking for a Lead Care Quality Assurer specialising in Residential Childcare, to work for a lead Training Provider, to drive outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices and to support and coach their Assessors/IQA’s to deliver and achieve excellent teaching, learning and assessment to their learners.
You will be responsible for managing, understanding, developing and delivering training to our clients Quality Assurers, to ensure best practice is shared across the teams and sectors.

Candidates must have the following skills, qualifications and experience as a minimum:

* Assessment Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33)

* Verifiers Award (IQA/V1/D34)

* NVQ Level 3-5 in Health & Social Care

* Occupational experience working within a Residential Childcare Setting.

* IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including spreadsheet.

* Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT

* Experience in planning for EQA visits

* Experience in managing a successful team

You will receive:
