Salary: £360 – £420 per day
We are supporting a fantastic elderly care provider with their search for an Interim Manager for one of their elderly nursing homes.
This is not a turnaround project so there are no major crises or embargoes etc. It’s well rated by regulatory authorities and enjoys a good occupancy and a great reputation within the local area. You will be working closely with the existing team and the deputy manager who has been in the home for a long time. The company and the home are extremely supportive and it’s a lovely place to work in.
We are ideally looking for a nurse, however, we would certainly be interested in talking with non clinical candidates who have experience within a nursing home setting.
Ideally you will also come with experience of implementing or working with PCS care planning system.
