Finance / Accounts Administrator

Salary: £27,600 per year

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Finance Administrator with key attention to detail to join our clients busy team based in Gloucester.

The role of the Finance Administrator is broad and covers all aspects of financial duties including:

· Validation/integration of operational cost reports (control & responsibility)

· Reconcilation of plant & hire vehicle costing

· Overtime analysis

· Maintain accuracy of P.O reporting & analysis

· CPA Works order data input

· Reviewing supplier, subcontractor & intercompany payment runs

· Assistance with month end process, reporting & analysis

· Provide financial cover for all colleagues in the team as and when required

· Assist in producing financial reports

· Liase with the operational team to resolve queries

· Raise invoices to suppliers on an adhoc basis

· Accurately carrying out cost movement & deletions

· To actively foster a positive staff morale

· To willingly carry out any reasonable task as requested by a member of man

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

* · Computer Literate – Excel

* · Knowledge of SAP Advantageous

* · Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C (Including Maths & English)

* · Accurate & Attention to detail

* · Excellent Organisational Skills

* · Willing or part way through studying towards a professional financial qualification (E.g. AAT)

This is a permanent role with working days Mon- Fri 08:00 – 16:00 based in Gloucester.

Starting Salary: £27,600
