Salary: £33,600 – £38,400 per year
THE COMPANY
My client are an independent driving recruiter and training company that have been established for a number of years and have an excellent standing in the market place. they also have a dedicated client base, low churn of staff and reward their employees accordingly. They are now recruitng for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitmet Consultant that wants to work towards a Director level in the future.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to promotions they now have opportunities within their established Leeds branch for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who has a experience within the logistics/driving sector and who has the ambition and drive to continue building the division and work towards a Directorship in the future.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience within the logistics/driving sector and be a full 360 recruiter who has strong business development skills to chase and win new accounts as well as excellent account management skills to look after existing accounts/business. They must have the drive and excellent work ethic to grow the driving division.
THE PACKAGE
My client offers a basic salary of between 25K to 32K basic DOE with an excellent bonus structure and my client encourages a team working/friendly environment and promotes a good/work life balance.
