Job description:

We are currently working on behalf of a large new build housing company.

Duties will include: – Carpentry,Plumbing,Patch Plastering and painting

The successful candidate will have experience working within the new build Housing sector.

This position will be for 2 years.

Requirements:

• Experience carrying out various reactive and planned worked for local authority
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• Own PPE – High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
• Own tools required
