Salary: £26,000 – £38,279 per year
Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD),
Northampton.
We are currently seeking Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our Client’s care centres, set within Northampton.
Our clients centres specialises in old age care, dementia care and mental health care. They offer a choice of six dedicated units, staffed by compassionate, experienced dementia and mental health professionals providing expert, empathetic care. Each of their six settings provides a bright and positive space in their own right, where patients’ comfort, safety and quality of life are the priority for every member of staff.
The successful Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will be motivated to work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for patients, who may have a personality disorder and/or mental illness, encouraging patients to have a real voice in how services develop and in their individualised care pathways. You will be flexible and supportive, enabling patients to build on their existing strengths and feel positive about their lives.
