Service Desk – Office 365, Active Directory, Windows, Troubleshooting, User Administration
My client urgently requires a Service Desk Analyst to assist during a busy period. In this role you will work with O365, AD and Hardware. Essential experience includes Support with Microsoft applications, Active Directory and troubleshooting. Any experience at 2nd line is highly desirable as well as help desk experience.
To be successful, you must have a valid driving licence as the site isn’t accessible via public transport.
