Romanian Customer Service Executive

Location: Elstead
Salary: £26,000 per year+ Bonus

My client who are based in Elstead are looking for a fluent Romanian speaker to join their fast paced environment. My client is looking for candidates who are extremely confident and is not afraid to make outbound calls. You will be working towards strict targets therefore you must be very motivated. On a daily basis you will be making outbound calls (which are scripted) This is a customer service role, and my client requires someone who has got a confident personality as you will be targeted to upsell other services across the group.

Registrations
•Liaison with Agencies and Client Relations to receive instructions for new registrations
•Contact all new operatives and seek key status information to allow identification and recommendation of the most suitable and financially beneficial option (engagement type) for them
•Complete scripted calls, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
•Accurately enter all operative details onto Merit and ensure that all records are up to date with relevant compliance information
•Relay all appropriate information to the Client and to the appropriate teams

Sales Support
•To actively sell the features of our company products and services by educating customers on the features and benefits of each
•Recognise opportunities to promote and sell the features of services
•Respond to all day to day client enquiries and provide client updates on a daily basis

Account Management
•Contribute to the development of strong client and customer relations by understanding
their individual needs
•Maintain a positive attitude and high level of commitment
•To ensure that any changes that may affect the Client’s regulatory status is brought to the attention of Management immediately
