Customer Advisor Advanced

My client, a market leader within the Utilities industry, is looking to recruit a team of experienced Customer Advisors to work at their offices in Lingley Mere on a full time temporary basis for 4 months

If you are successful in securing one of these positions, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to Business Customers, including owning problems through to resolution; managing customer expectation and maintaining contact throughout the process; work as part of busy operation dealing with both telephony and paper enquiries.

It is essential that applicants have previous contact centre/customer service experience and are confident communicators. Ideal candidates will be able to handle an array of enquiries and manage potentially difficult situations through to resolution.

These are full time positions, with flexibility required between 8am – 6.00pm, (Monday to Friday). Your weekly shift patterns will be discussed and arranged well in advance. Expected start date 08/06/15
