UK Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

A leading supplier of medical equipment to the veterinary, body art and NHS markets have a an opportunity for a UK Internal Sales Executive to join a small hardworking team. The company is based in a new purpose built unit in the Chapeltown area of Sheffield close the junction 36 of the M1.

Role of a UK Executive: 

Main duties include:

• Dealing with all Uk related sales enquiries by telephone, fax, email and post
• Management of customer orders for the UK customer base – including order processing, chasing delivery and dealing with any subsequent problems from customers
• Attendance of trade shows
• Liaising with warehouse as regards stock distribution
• Working as part of a team within a small business environment.
• Dealing with customers on a face to face basis.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required.

Skills, knowledge and other pre requisites…

• Knowledge and experience within Account Management/Customer Sevices and sales is desirable
• Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate
• Knowledge of the customer order process 
• Experience in sales and or marketing 
• Problem solving skills and negotiation skills 
• Flexible and adaptable 
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to communicate to a high standard at all levels both in verbal and

written communication 

• Experience of working in a fast pace environment is desirable with the ability

to work to tight deadlines 

• Must be computer literate, possessing knowledge of Microsoft Office; solid

Excel skills 

• Must be able to work on own initiative, making decisions with the ability to

problem solve

• A positive, polite and friendly disposition is required with the ability to give

constructive feedback
