Purchase Ledger Controller

Salary: £27,600 per year

Purchase Ledger Controller – About The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and will be working within a team of 6. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of multi-currency invoices and building relationships with overseas suppliers. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring suppliers are paid in an accurate & timely manner.
• Ensuring supplier statements are reconciled & relationships with key suppliers are managed.
• Providing assistance to Overseas Purchase Ledger Controllers with processing of invoices.
• Responsibility for ensuring control policies are adhered to at all times.
• Assisting with completion of monthly deadlines.
• Ensuring internal controls put in place are adhered to at all times.
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise.

The successful Purchase Ledger Controller will have

• Previous experience in a finance position
• Understanding of basic finance terminology
• Experience with SAP would be beneficial
• Good Excel skills
