The Role:
– A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Heating & Plumbing Manager based from the offices in Greater Manchester.
– The Heating & Plumbing Manager will be managing a team of engineers in relation to completing PPM works, reactive works & small works projects
– You will be dealing with End Users
– As Heating & Plumbing Manager you will ensure completion of heating, pipework & water system installations.
The Ideal Person:
– City & Guilds NVQ Level 3: Gas Installation & Maintenance
– City & Guilds NVQ Level 3: Heating & Ventilation Equipment
– City & Guilds NVQ Level 3: Plumbing & Heating
– Gas Safe Registered
– Experience of working in a high volume PPM or Reactive environment
– Strong leadership skills with ability to organise & motivate a team
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong decision making skills
– Practical approach to problem solving
– Can do attitude
– Self starter
– Confident
– Attention to detail
