Junior Research Consultant needed for an Executive Search Firm in central London!

A great opportunity has arisen for a graduate or a candidate of graduate calibre to join a leading London-based executive search firm. Do you enjoy research based work? Have you ever worked on analytical projects? Have you any experience of working as a marketing analyst or in market research?

Our business has offices in over 20 international locations and the brand has a truly global reach. One of the London based teams is currently expanding into Europe. As such, they are looking for a Research Analyst to provide insight into the IT and financial markets. No prior finance knowledge is required. We are also recruiting for a similar role across the UK market within the Oil & Gas industry.

This is an entry-level role involving market mapping target companies in Europe and the UK. You will also frequently use Linked-In to locate relevant candidates in the banking sector. You would conduct market research interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for various roles and gain experience working alongside an Executive Headhunter.

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

2014 Graduate ideally with a strong academic background
Work experience in telesales, market research, project-based work or an analyst role
Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Articulate, creative, strong communication skills and patientThe Package:

Salary of 18-20k base with an OTE of up to 25-30k with bonuses in year one
