My client is the UK’s largest private training provider for adult students enabling them to continue working whilst re-training
Reputable and well established specialising in the accredited trades sector – now seeking an electrical tutor/assessor to work in state of the art facilities
At the forefront of new learning techniques our client have developed a 3d virtual reality software program to enable their students to practice their newly acquired skills prior to practical training
Full vocational training to Level 3 Welding with a guaranteed NVQ work placement afterwards on construction sites owned by the college

CANDIDATE INFORMATION – Welder

The ideal candidate will have:

Be a fully qualified welder holding an NVQ Level 3 qualification
To be considered for this role you must be willing to undergo training for the A1 assessors cert
English and Maths qualifications to at least level 2
Recent experience teaching Wedling and Fabrication would b advantageous
Experience delivering Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Welding & Fabrication to a high standard
An extensive background of working in the industry
Be methodical, diligent and have a high level of attention to detail
Have a good understanding of the common Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, Powerpoint & Excel
Ability to communicate at all levels

JOB INFORMATION – Welder

The position is to teach City & Guilds 3268 and 2850 qualifications.
An Internal Verifiers qualification would be an advantage
You will be responsible for 10 – 12 students at any time, for periods of two weeks at a time.
You will build confidence in your students and offer guidance where necessary
Hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
