Salary: £26,000 – £33,600 per year
Calling all ambitious Service Charge / Property / Client Accountants.
Service Charge Accountants / Property Accountants / Client Accountants are required on an ongoing basis for vacancies at all levels across London, the South East, South West and South Coast.
Our clients include independent managing agents, private practices and national Plcs.
Applicants can expect salaries in the region of £26,000 – £33,600 per year for assistant level Service Charge / Property Accountant / Client Accountants vacancies through to £50k + for senior level Service Charge / Property Accountant roles. In most cases other benefits such as car, pension and private healthcare are also offered.
Experienced Service Charge / Property Accountants / Client Accountants will be familiar with a full range of block management accounting duties including service charge budget setting, service charge arrears collection, year-end accounts reconciliation, credit control, contractor payments and any other associated accounting duties required
