Full Time Role
Salary: £66,000per year
Annual Leave: 25 days per year + Bank Holidays

We are looking for a General Manager for our Coulsdon Site to lead an integrated team and ensure delivery of successful services. The successful candidate will ensure excellent standards of clinical and person centred care are achieved and maintained throughout the site.

Applicants should have extensive leadership experience, and experience of team building and organising resources. You should be forward thinking and up to date with current practice, and be sensitive to the needs of older people.
