LHH are currently working with a leading FMCG business who require a Head of Commercial Finance.

For this Head of Commercial Finance role you will be responsible for supervising the commercial finance and business partners throughout the business, as well as being fully accountable for driving the business from a commercial finance perspective.

Key responsibilities for this Head of Commercial Finance role will include,
* Reporting of management information which measures business performance
* Preparation of monthly/weekly board and executive committee packs to provide in depth commercial performance analysis
* You will lead 7-10 Business partners across Trading, Operations, Sales, and Logistics on a day-to-day basis
* Managing relationship with the Group finance team and Executive team, providing extensive KPI and business performance reports
* Provide motivation and personal development to the Commercial Finance team of 10+

Key skills for this Head of Commercial Finance role will include
* Strong commercial awareness and experience gained within a Retail/Wholesale/FMCG environment
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), with proven experience in FP&A
* Experienced in commercial reporting
* IT & Data confident with multiple systems experience
* Professional written and verbal communication
* Experience managing multiple key stakeholders
* Ability to absorb and summarise complex information
* Confident to challenge and influence successfully
