Grounds and Garden Maintenance
Quartz Recruitment are working with their client to help find them a Grounds Maintenance person to ensure all residential areas are kept clean
and tidy, undertaking various duties including grass cutting, shrub maintenance, hedge cutting, spraying, litter collection, and play area inspections.
Grounds and Garden Maintenance – The Job
Cleanliness and Health and Safety issues within communal areas
(Litter picking, removal of dumped/fly-tipped items, graffiti removal, grounds Maintenance
Grass Cutting using powered mowers and trimmers
Hedge Cutting using powered hedge cutters (Long and short arm)
Weeding and Pruning of Shrub beds, herbaceous beds and annual beds
Cleaning and sweeping pathways
Litter Picking
Grounds and Garden Maintenance – The Experience required
Experience working outdoors, grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding and pruning
Good customer service skills
Working in all weather conditions
Driving Licence
The annual salary of for Temp to Perm position is £26,000per year
Hours: Monday to Friday
