Summary
Based in Horsham, West Sussex we have a number of new permanent opportunities for Operations Associates to work in a pharmaceutical, cGMP, clean room environment (ambient and temperature controlled). The roles are due to continued expansion working in state-of-the-art facilities where quality standards are of prime importance. The positions involve working Monday to Friday on either an early (6am to 2:15pm) shift or late (2:00pm to 10:15pm) shift. The roles offer a variety of work in various areas of the operation. There is a highly competitive salary and shift allowance on offer plus benefits including bonus, private health care and pension scheme. Onsite secure parking is available as you will need your own transport due to the location.

The Company
Our client is a highly successful leading provider of contract packaging and distribution services to pharmaceutical organisations. They are able to process any kind of pharmaceutical product and have a variety of automated, semi-automated and manual packaging and labelling areas all in clean room (ambient and temperature controlled) environments.

The Role
The focus of this role is to undertake pharmaceutical product packaging and labelling work within any of the clean room ambient and temperature controlled operational areas. This involves working on a variety of automated and semi-automated equipment plus on manual packaging benches dependent on demand. All work is carried out to strict operating procedures plus quality and H&S standards. There will be ongoing training in the processes with full training records being kept and involvement in the process improvement programmes will be expected. This is a highly varied position requiring an excellent attention to detail.

Benefits
In addition to a competitive basic Salary: £26,000per year the benefits include a bonus scheme (5% target), pension scheme, private health cover, subsidised restaurant and secure parking. In addition there is a 10% shift allowance for the early shift and 22% shift allowance for the late shift.

Our client works in a rural location just outside of Horsham with no public transport to the site so it is ESSENTIAL that you have your own transport. 

Experience
We are seeking experienced Packaging, Production or Manufacturing Operators who have worked in automated or semi-automated shop floor environments. You will need to demonstrate the ability to follow strict processes while experience in a clean room or other regulated environment would be ideal. Any experience in a GMP regulated environment would be highly desirable but is by no means essential including from the pharmaceutical, FMCG, healthcare or medical device sectors.
