Salary: £42,000 – £66,000 per year
Our client is a successful growing Wirral based law firm with a great team in place, they are seeking a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive to lead their conveyancing department. This is a well established firm with a friendly and hard working team of up to 10 professionals. Salary is negotiable depending on experience in the region of £42,000 – £66,000per annum.
The conveyancing team cover all areas including:
* Sale and purchase of property (freehold and leasehold)
* Mortgage, Remortgage, Shared Ownership purchases and Buy to Let
* Transfer of equity and Declarations of trust
* Assured shorthold tenancies
* Deeds of gift and Matrimonial transfers
* Equity release and Part or Full Exchange of Properties
Essential Skills
* Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive
* Give excellent customer service at all times with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with a high volume case load.
* Supervisory experience
* Managing a mixed conveyancing caseload.
* Ability to build up own portfolio of clients.
