Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year
Mechanical Design Engineer required for a Scientific Instrumentation Business specialising in the design and development of Cryogenic Systems.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be tasked with creating drawings to company standards, must also be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) system to ensure that parts and Bills of Material are correct.
As the Mechanical Design Engineer you are going to be involved in providing support to internal departments as well as customers and suppliers in order to be able to make sure that all designs are completed to spec.
Key Skills/Experience;
Vacuum and pressure vessel knowledge.
Competent in the use of 3D CAD – Pro-E Wildfire 4 or CREO.
HND or Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
