Job Description:
Go Train is working in partnership with Trident Reach to recruit Intervention Workers who will support people to progress to positive outcomes.
You will work effectively in partnership with internal and external stakeholders and services to deliver a joined-up support package to support people into employment education or training.
To effectively manage large caseloads of vulnerable citizens and deliver outcome focussed activity allowing vulnerable citizens to progress in positive outcomes.
To deliver intensive outcome focussed pre-employment and appropriate post-employment holistic pastoral support and mentoring support to disadvantaged inactive and unemployed people.
To support a person’s progression using a mix of holistic support, challenge and mentoring techniques, keeping a focus on achieving sustainable employment and/or training/education at all times.
How Do I Get the job?
No experience is required as Go Train will provide a fast, pre-employment training course. Training is funded and offered free to the individual.
Training is delivered in a virtual classroom in the safety of your own home. Classes are enjoyable and effective. You will have your own tutor and the opportunity to meet other learners virtually who are also training on line.
Please note that you will need to complete the training package below before being offered an interview.
