Salary: £26,000per year

Our client a family run and owned business are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their growing team. Our client provides friendly, effective and stress free Property Management to Freeholders, Leaseholders and Developers alike. They pride themselves on providing their clients with the perfect balance between small company, personal service, and larger company efficiencies and innovation.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will be required to have a ‘nothing is too much attitude’, your duties will include:
•You will be required to answer incoming calls in a professional manner ensuring all calls received answered and/or are transferred to the correct department.
•To open all post each morning date stamp, scan and deliver to each department.
•To order stationary and monitor stock ensuring sufficient supplies are maintained.
•Assist staff with admin duties as and when required.
•Office/ Account filing.
•Monitoring/dealing with the Info MailBox.
•Sales Enquiries -Administrating new sales enquiries, responding to solicitors
•Keys ( keeping book up to date, making sure keys are ready for contractors to collect, get copies cut)
•Booking Meeting Rooms (for staff meeting, and client meetings)
•Making tea/coffee for clients who come in for meetings
•Ensure all staff and visitors sign the register books.
•Scan documents onto the computer system as and when required.
•Welcome all visitors to the company and ensure they see the correct member of staff soon as possible.
•Ensure all post is franked and taken to the main reception area each evening.
•Other tasks as and when required

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

•Excellent communication both written and verbal
•A nothing is too much attitude
•Great Microsoft Office skills

The hours of work are 9.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday.
