Lead UX Architect

The Detail

As an UX Architect (Lead) your remit will cover:
* The planning & execution of research through the project lifecycle to ensure solutions are driven by insight & customer centric
* Responsibility for experience planning activity including the development of strategic frameworks, journey maps, information architecture deliverables and content plans
* Leading interaction design from sketching concepts through to the production of rapid prototypes as part of a lean methodology
* Mentoring & contributing to the career development of less experienced team members

Some key skills that you need…

* The UX Architect (Lead) will be required to have the following skills and experience:
* Experience working using a UCD approach in a role directly responsible for carrying out research & designing digital experiences
* A proven track record in solving complex interaction design problems across devices
* University education (ideally to bachelor level in a relevant discipline)
* Ability to lead workshops & comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
* Passionate about the possibilities that can be realised via the digital channel
