Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
Our client is a major privately owned highly successful multi-faceted construction main contractor with projects the length and breath of the UK.
They are keen to employ an experienced and industry specific Bid Coordinator:
Degree qualified
Ideally car driver with full licence
2 years minimum experience of working for a construction contractor as a Bid Coordinator
Ideally have experience of social housing contracting
Preparation of PQQSs and tender documentation
Implement the strategy for pre-qualifications
PQQ submissions
Liaising with pre-construction dept
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Confident and presentable
Highly organised
Able to work to strict deadlines and high standards
Can demonstrate stable periods of employment
