Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen for driven sales professionals seeking a rewarding career within property. We are seeking motivated and driven sales people to help secure appointments for our client’s Mortgage Advisors within a successful estate agency offices and the direct sales team. Responsibilities:
* Contact and build great relationships with clients from varying warm leads (re-mortgage, lettings, branch and internet)
* Book in quality appointments resulting in additional mortgage & protection business for the company
* Meet and exceed targets relating to appointments and mortgage sign ups
* Liaise with Mortgage Advisors to book clients in for general Mortgage reviews
* Work with your colleagues in Direct Sales to boost business
Requirements:
* Experience within sales in any industry
* Great telephone skills
* Ability to offer exceptional Customer Service
* Strength in building trust and relationships
* Fabulous organisation skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
* A motivated, tenacious and energetic outlook
* Some knowledge of the mortgage process (although not essential as full training is provided)
