Facilities Account Manager (Senior FM)

A leading service provider has a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Account Manager to join their organisation and look after one of their key clients from the telecommunications sector.

This position will require a self motivated FM that has experience of managing the delivery of hard FM within a retail environment. The purpose of the role is to monitor and improve the performance of the financial aspects of the contract, as well as leading an operational team.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel into London 1 day a week, but can reside anywhere within Midlands down to the South East/West area.

This position will in return being offering a salary of up to £66,000 plus company car, bonus and benefits.

Summary of the role;

• Monitoring and improving the financial performance of the contract
• Managing the delivery of both hard and soft services, via the in house service streams and sub contractor management
• Ensuring H&S compliance
• P&L responsibility
• Client liaison, and weekly & monthly reporting
• WIP management
• Help Desk co-operation and engagement

Candidate requirements;
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• IOSH or NEBOSH
• Previous demonstrable effective FM or TFM delivery
