Technical Manager

Salary: £360 – £480 per day

A Housebuilding Techincal Manager, ideally with some understanding of civil engineering, but not essential, is required pretty pronto in Hampshire.

Although speed is important, waiting for just the right person is fine.

This job is attractive not because it’s with a decent Housebuilder, but the Director is on the case. A team builder, not someone with a big stick.

Forming teams is an art. We know that not everyone gets on with everyone else and that’s why whoever turns up in this role, will need to be team-spirited because projects and responsibilities are shared, as a team. You won’t be working in a silo.

Anyone in Housebuilding knows exactly what a Technical Manager does and should do.

Much of this role will be managing external consultants.
