Paint Technician

A great opportunity has arisen for Paint Technician to join a world class manufacturing organisation working a three shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6).

Ideally, candidates will have worked within a similar environment and will be looking for an opportunity to join a growing organisation where they can expand their skill set and grow within the business.

The Paint Technician will have had experience within an automated robot spraying environment and will be familiar with robot trajectory and application adjustments. Responsibilities will include:

*Ensuring that painting processes in designated cells are being carried out correctly.
*Mixing and supplying paint for cars on production line.
*Setting up spray booths and ensuring correct components being painted (Flow Rates, Viscosity).
*Cleaning and repairing spray guns.
*Carrying out paint trials which will include using different spray guns, pipe work and types of paint.
*Cleaning and repairing spray guns.
*Monitoring booth parameters and recording the data which includes temperature, humidity and downdraft.
*Breakdowns on conveyors and mix room equipment
