Mortgage Administrator

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Our client is an established and highly reputable firm of Financial Advisors based in Kegworth. Due to a particularly high workload, they are looking to appoint a Mortgage & Protection Admistrator to support a number of Mortgage Advisors from application right through to completion. Regular duties will entail:

• Inputting full mortgage applications and DIPs
• Uploading lender documentation
• Processing mortgage and protection applications to multiple lenders, etc
• Providing full administration support to all mortgage advisors
• Administration for new business cases from application to completion using electronic and online systems
• Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with clients, lenders, etc
• Maintain GDPR policies and requirements
• Addressing any queries or problems
• Ad hoc tasks as may be required

In order to fulfil this interesting and varied role, candidates should have held a similar role, working in a pressurised environment. Particular experience sought is as follows:

• Experience in mortgage applications or underwriting
• Experience in mortgage administration, Help to Buy, etc
• Great communication ability
• Confident telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to use initiative
• Confident working with numbers and spreadsheets
