Account Manager Sales Executive

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Are you a self-motivated, commercially minded, Sales and Account Manager with an interest in the digital technology market? If so, this role could be just for you. We are currently seeking a Sales and Account Manager to generate sales and build and develop client relationships for a dynamic and growing business in Guildford.

The Sales and Account Manager will be working for are an award winning, leading global voice agency. They work with brands and agencies to deliver voice experiences across the Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant Platforms.

You will need to have plenty of sales experience and be a commercially minded self-starter. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and driving growth through new sales.

Your role will involve working with new and existing clients to introduce them to the world of voice, to explore ideas of how voice can help their campaign, product or brand and manage the relationship with them as they deliver the projects.

You will represent the company at industry events and be confident to speak and present to prospective clients. You will be able to prepare sales pitch decks and proposals, working with the marketing lead to generate content for the sales activity and be a keen networker – immersing yourself in the voice industry.

Working from home is available but you will be required to attend the office in Guildford on occasion.

The Sales and Account Manager Role

* Build and develop your sales pipeline with a pro-active approach

* Set and track new sales and account targets, aligned with company objectives

* Develop ideas and implement plans to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and drive growth

* Report to senior management on the status of accounts

* Develop positive relationships with clients

* Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

Requirements for the Sales and Account Manager Role

* A motivated self-starter who has a passion for selling

* Keen interest in new technology

* Proven work experience as a Sales and Account Manager or Sales Account Executive

* Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

* Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

* Understanding of sales performance metrics

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

* Great presentation Skills
