Salary: £25.99 – £33.65 per hour
Estates Manager required ASAP based in Lambeth.
This role is on an ongoing contract.
You will be required to:
Develop, deliver, review and continuously improve operational plans to provide high quality services to circa 1,600 properties.
To lead, direct, and support a team of circa 8 housing professionals within the Liveability Team in the delivery of landlord services; monitor and manage the performance of all services against set performance indicators and be accountable for the standard and quality of services being delivered.
To contribute to the corporate budget setting process and manage all allocated budgets for the Liveability Team ensuring that budgets are not exceeded, services are sufficiently resourced to meet demand and financial and budgetary controls set by the organisation are adhered to.
