Care Training Manager

Salary: £31,500 per year

jjFOX is working with a care home based in York. This Care home group has 18 homes and over 1,500 staff and with quality of service being their top priority.

They are currently looking to employ a Training Manager to provide training to all staff members within their Hindhead Home. The role will require you to provide mandatory training and learning for all staff based in the home. You will be responsible for planning, delivery and evaluation of a range of learning and development activities. Tasks include coordination with management for induction of new starters, mandatory training and provide care certificate for new care workers.

This role is required to be flexible and to arrange and deliver training that supports workers for all shifts including evening, weekend and night work where required.

Requirements:

* Health & Social Care Level 2 & 3 (4 & 5 Desirable)

* Occupational Experience

* Experience In Care Training

* Teaching qualification
