SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £26,000 per year

A school in the Wolverhampton area have managed to secure funding for a 1:1 TA to support a pupil in a special school with complex needs and physical difficulties. The Head teacher has requested for someone with previous experience within a special school specifically with severe learning difficulties and complex needs. The successful candidate will need a ‘can do’ positive attitude with a warm and enthusiastic approach. The role will be supporting a pupil in KS2 and supporting with their communication will be a big part of the role. The pupil uses communication aids such as PECS and Makaton.

* 6th September start

* Previous SEN School or Residential experience is a must
