Travel Consultant – Latin America

We are working on behalf of Llama Travel to fill this vacancy. This position is based in North London.

Llama Travel provides high quality holidays at excellent prices. They have been operating for 10 years and are known for excellent tours and the highest level of customer service, which is shown in the fantastic customer feedback they get.

They are looking to hire someone who wants to work in a small, efficient and highly motivated team, helping to put together tours in Latin America and offer the highest level of customer service.

As a Travel Consultant your duties will include:

• Communicating with customers and suppliers in Latin America.
• Organising holidays to destinations in Latin America.
• This will involve initial contact with customers, taking bookings, liaising with suppliers in Latin America and ensuring that holidays go according to plan.

An ideal Travel Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:

• A passion for Latin America.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
• Numeracy.
• Good telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to speak Spanish is useful but not essential.

In return you will receive a Salary: £26,000per year.

Upon successfully completing your probationary period you will also qualify for the annual company bonus.
