Warehouse Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic full time Warehouse Supervisor to join a well established team on a temporary leading to permanent basis, based at a well known merchant business in Dudley West Midlands.

The key duties of the Warehouse Supervisor will be:
To supervise all warehouse staff and conduct one to one appraisals
To ensure that any amended orders are dealt with correctly
To assist all warehouse staff with supervisory and best practice processes
To ensure all tasking and responsibilities are completed or delegated prior to leaving site and to supervise and action any additional tasks given to you by Operational / Sales Management
To fall into line with the rotating shift policy unless agreed otherwise

The successful Warehouse Supervisor will have the following:
Previous experience of Warehouse Management or Supervisory
Full Health and Safety policy knowledge
To be fully aware of all system processes – warehouse management systems
Previous experience dealing with Operational Depot KPI,s

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 42.5 hours each week – between 8.00am to 5.30pm however flexibility is essential with earlier start times.

The Salary: will be £26,000per year – £26,000 per year when permanent.
