Designer Partnerships Executive

Our client is deemed ‘the Net-a-Porter of the jewellery industry’, they have grown quickly from Start-Up to the Award Winning UK’s No.1 Designer Jewellery Website. Following another successful round of funding to expedite their international expansion, TQR are working closely with them, to recruit an exceptional person for a brand new positon as their Designer Partnerships Executive. Working closely with the Designer Partnerships team you will be an excellent communicator, have an eye for detail and be highly organised with good IT skills. You will be interested in working for a Digital Company in the highly desirable Jewellery sector.

About the job…

Reporting to the Designer Partnerships Director, you will help the Designer Partnerships team seek out the world’s top 1% of Jewellery designers. You will work towards targets and will be responsible for sourcing new designers from a variety of sources and inputting information into our CRM. You will have an excellent eye for detail, and have experience using customer relationship management databases. Day to day duties will be varied but will include:

• Research to find top independent jewellery brands from across the globe
• Use CRM and database tools to input and clean data
• General admin support for the team
• Reaching out to new designers via email and answering the phone
The right person…

• Previous experience within an office based environment, using a CRM or similar
• Comfortable working towards targets
• Customer service approach to all tasks
• Eye for detail
• IT literate (training will be given on bespoke systems)
• Pro-active, can do attitude
• Confident on the telephone
• A demonstrable interest within the jewellery sector
• Hours: full-time, predominantly 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However global business means some flexibility will be needed to meet the demands of customers around the world.

Salary / package…

• Salary: £26,000per yeardepending on experience
• 20 days Holiday + Public Holidays + 1 day per year of service up to 25 days and staff discount of 10%
• Stock options in the company EMI scheme after 1 year of service
