Salary: £28,200 – £29,400 per year
The service is employing a support worker who has experience in mental health but the main focus her is experience in complex needs
The employer is a care home/hostel for mental health and complex needs they operate a 24 hr accommodation based support for 36 individuals complex traumas and disorders.
The role will need someone who understands and is experience in complex needs
Experience of homelessness and rough sleeping and substance misuse, As part of the role there will be assessments and reports, creating support plans. To be very good at building supportive, trusting relationships.
Must have experience in
complex needs mental health and severe learning disabilities with a very good understanding of substance misuse and homelessness.
Very good experience
Up to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant area e.g psychology, health and social care.
Experience providing targeted recovery focused support to individuals with needs around trauma, mental health, substance use and dual diagnosis.
£23,500 to £24,500
