Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services (HVAC)
Our Client is a Leeds-based, independently owned, mechanical building services contractor. On their behalf, owing to their busy order book, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.
Our Client is a medium-sized mechanical contractor. Projects will range from around £100K all the way up to £multi million and from small, repeat business projects on national frameworks to large-scale one-off design and build projects.
As Mechanical Project Manager you will be profit and loss responsible, Client facing, and will have the technical skills and experience expected of a senior member of the project team. You will have gained your experience from within a large regional or national building services contractor. This is an essential criterion of the role. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of project delivery (via industry references, taken at an appropriate time of course) and have genuine reasons for being in the market.
