Salary: £420 – £480 per day
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Freelance Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly respected Mechanical Building Services / Air Conditioning contractor based in Hampshire who provide Mechanical / Air Conditioning services across various sectors but predominantly focus on Healthcare, Education, Aviation, Retail, and Data Centre projects.
This opportunity is a long-term contract with a Temp to Perm option.
Key skills and experience required….
* Experienced Mechanical Project Manager working within the M&E Building Services sector is essential
* Experience in managing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning projects (HVAC) is also an essential requirement
* Air Conditioning background
* Manage Sub-Contractors and Site Staff
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong management skills
* Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Relevant Qualifications and Certificates
* Good level of IT skills
Daily Rate of Pay
£420 – £480 per day (depending on experience) plus expenses.
