Property Manager

The role will be office based and on occasions will be doing viewings of properties and use of a company car so must hold a clean UK Drivers Licence

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving targets and deadlines and will have a proactive approach. Already possessing some lettings experience would be advantageous

They will actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet customers high service expectations they will add value to the office and the company.

Key responsibilities include, conducting inventories, inspections and checkouts, conducting accompanied viewings, dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face. Understanding customer needs and negotiating a positive result for all parties is an important aspect of the job.

Need to have Maths & English – Grade C or above

Monday – Friday which will include some Saturdays.

Salary: £26,000per year(dependant on experience)
