Supplier Manager – Procurement

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Concept Resourcing are pleased to be working with a global IT Reseller who are looking for a Supplier Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in their state of the art Central London HQ.

Within this role you will be responsible for;

Establishing a supplier development programme to sustain high supply chain performance.
Identifying key development areas with suppliers.
Overall onboarding of suppliers.
Negotiating commercials throughout the year and during tender processes.
Supplier improvement plans and holding suppliers accountable to deliver exceptional service levels.
Understanding the organisations internal sales, operational and technical capabilities and build plans with aligned suppliers.
Managing and identifying commercial and operational risks, ensuring that these are assessed and appropriately controlled/mitigated.To be successful in this role you need;

An understanding of the IT / reseller industry – Must have.
A proven track record of experience within a similar role as a Supplier Manager or Procurement professional.
Experience in implementing supplier / vendor management tools / methodologies – Must have..
Proven success managing the supplier base with constant development and negotiation.
Ability to work within fast paced environment.
Confident in juggling numerous projects / tasks.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Desire for continuous improvement and passionate about building and maintaining supplier relationships.This role offers up to £50,000 + benefits. Flexibility to work from home twice a week.
