Pastoral Support Worker

Our Houghton Regis based client is looking for a new team member to join their Pastoral Support Team on a fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate must be motivated, empathetic, logical and calm under pressure.

The role will involve supporting students with their day to day needs and providing a knowledgeable sounding board for them as well as assisting with admin based tasks.

GCSE’S of grade C or above in Maths and English are essential & experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary.
