Graduate Air Test Technician (Training Provided)

Our client is a dynamic multi-disciplinary construction services company operating nationwide in the Energy & Sustainability sector and due to growth are currently seeking an Air Tightness Test Technician.

TRAINING PROVIDED

ROLE & RESPONSIBILIITIES

After training you shall be based from home and responsible for:
• Attending construction sites and performing air tightness tests on buildings
• Production of reports relating to on site testing and presentation of results to client
• Advising clients on appropriate remedial options in the event of failure

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Scientific / Technical degree in Environmental, Building Services, Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture or Construction, etc
• Existing knowledge of Building Regulations or construction industry guidelines would be beneficial
• Excellent diagnostic & numeracy skills
• Excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office
• UK driving license
