Office hours – 3 days in the office 2 working from home

An absolutely fantastic opportunity has arisen at state of the art, growing company. Due to continued expansion they are looking for a Graduate Account Manager to join their friendly, professional team.

Working in this pivotal role as a Graduate Account Manager – some key tasks will include –

• Account Management of existing customers through telephone calls and e-mails
• Building relationships and helping customers to resolve problems
• Advising of best products suited and offering a solution
• Record keeping and writing reports
• Flow of communication between departments
• Setting relevant training up
• Reviewing reports
• Other customer service duties as required

This is a fantastic opportunity. We are looking for somebody with a degree and ideally some previous customer service experience.
