£75 000 – £85 000 plus £6000 Car, £3000 Travel, 20% Bonus

We are working with a hugely respected M&E contractor, a successful division of one of the biggest construction and infrastructure companies in the world. They have not only built some of London’s most recognisable buildings, but they have a reputation for pushing a strong wellbeing and healthy living agenda for their staff and the industry.

The MEP contractor are principal contractor on a major Data Centre in London, a heavy infrastructure upgrade led by building services. You will be a team player, mechanical project manager who has worked in something technically challenging, enjoyed it and delivered it well. The overall project is £80m and you will be leading £18m of mechanical installation and the team that delivers it. This is a reimagining of the mission critical team and so is a huge opportunity as reputations are created. You will work under an experienced M&E Project Director. 

You will have a trade or management qualification in a mechanical element (plumbing, pipefitting, mechanical engineering, building services engineering) and delivered major mechanical schemes, whole project lifecycle. You will lead the effort in coordinating, scheduling and managing the mechanical trades during the pre construction and commissioning of the data centre. Data Centre / Pharmaceutical or hospital experience is highly desired.
