Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year
Our client specialises in high value technology focussed telemarketing and research services working with some of largest global technology companies.
They develop new business opportunities in a wide-ranging set of B2B sectors. Established for over 20 years this very successful family business has a reputation for punching above its weight and delivering a high level of service to its client base.
To meet the growth demands of the business and the continuing increase in client expectation levels the role of Operations Manager has been created. Reporting directly into the owners of the business. This role is wide ranging and critical to the success of our ambitious growth plans, it is also a vital part to retaining and growing the existing clients base.
So, this is an exciting opportunity to take this role and make it your own.
Your role will be:
Onboarding of new clients
Planning and execution of campaigns to fixed and challenging deadlines
Effective, target achieved, campaign wrap ups
Reporting on campaign performance, highlighting issues in real time
Drive improvement in the quality of our work and increase the capacity volumes put through the teams
Most of all you will have to be able to demonstrate how you can bring to the business a faster paced winning culture, driving the overall performance of our teams.
It will be likely that your previous roles will have been in a Business Development or Sales Development or Telemarketing environment.
The successful candidate will have to understand in detail modern telemarketing methods, understand the technology lead generation and sales process including funnel management and be very proficient in CRM, Data platforms and other appropriate technologies.
There is a bonus scheme which will be discussed at interview and best of all a 1pm finish on a Friday.
